Kind and efficient staff.
From Admission to leaving I was treated very well. With explanations given to any questions.
I was also very impressed to the staff treatment of 2 elderly confused patients. They consistently reassured them and saw to their needs no matter how busy they were.
All the nurses were absolutely amazing and so so kind. Holly was especially lovely and amazing at her job. She was so empathetic and knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The ward staff managed my pain and were so attentive.
All staff were incredibly kind and supportive. And treated everyone with respect.
I had excellent support from start to finish. The staff at all levels were informative and attentive, from the pre op assessment team to my consultant. I felt safe and secure knowing I was in good hands.
The physician was amazing and was lovely to my baby
Every member of staff we encountered was amazing! My son had an op to pin his broken wrist, the operation was fully explained, the play manager Maxine was lovely, nurse Kelly, student Esme and everyone else who looked after us (sorry I can’t recall all their names!) it made a worrying day a much better experience, please pass our thanks on to all
The admin team were very prompt getting me in for an appointment following my referral.
Alexis was professional, empathetic and sympathetic to my situation. She was very thorough with measurements for correct filtering of my abdo band and explained clearly the benefits of using the support. Pre and post op.
I only wish I had been referred earlier as it may have prevented having x4 hernia repair operations.
All the staff were very nice and helpful
The doctor I saw was so lovely, really took him time to listen to me and made me feel at ease. Explained everything properly and didn’t make me feel like we were rushing. He also explained what the next steps were and how we would be moving forward after the appointment.
