The appointment was made for me. I had an appointment but it was changed to the next day as a nurse couldn’t make the first one. My next appointment has already been fixed for 6 months time, so I don’t have any problem with making appointments as they are arranged for me!

The nurse was kind and caring so I don’t have anything to say about what could be improved, as I was happy with my visit.

It was my first visit to the surgery as a relatively new patient and I found everyone to be extremely professional and friendly. The nurse I saw was lovely and talked through what would be happening during my appointment and she gave me lots of information. Overall I was really impressed with my visit.
