As my wife and I are new to the practice we were a little apprehensive, but we shouldn't have been, the staff were perfect in every way and treated with respect, we felt comfortable and more than pleased we changed to the Old Town Surgery.

In my opinion you can't improve on perfection.

Uncertainty smily why test rewrite and unlikelihood of reviving personal result. Need for better training for all staff in role.

Easy for a telephone appointment but the wait is too long - last time it was three weeks Almost impossible to get my doctor to agree a surgery appointment unless it is with a nurse

The appointment given was for 2 weeks ahead. I had to explain the urgency. A phone back from the doctor was arranged. I asked for the doctor to use my landline. This was not passed on and he used my mobile

Nothing could have been done better
