Cannot book appointment at surgery. By phone only apparently and then long wait in queue, normally around 20 minutes or longer. However, once triaged, usually seen or contacted the same day.

Reverse the clock to before Covid. Did not seem to have a problem before then!

Took 2 attempts and hanging on for approx 17 mins before I got to speak to someone. When I did they were very helpful in arranging my appointment

Being able to get through quicker would Be nice.

Great service for my booked shingles vaccine. However due the overwhelming demand on your overstretched practice (which isn’t your fault, I’m not blaming anyone), it can be difficult to get an appointment if you’re at work and cannot phone the surgery at 8am sharp as all the triage appointments are gone.

I think overall you do an amazing job under extremely difficult circumstances. So well done!

Unless you are lucky to get through at 8am you have no chance of getting an appointment to see a doctor and if you need a home visit, the doctor no longer comes out they send a paramedic, who sometimes has to go back to the surgery to discuss with the doctor before anything is done. We need more face to face appointments with a doctor as you can’t diagnose properly over the phone. You need to see people to diagnose properly.

The doctor actually listened to my concerns and after the examination knew exactly what was wrong. She referred me straight to Gyne. This is the 5th time in nearly 5yrs I have told the doctors about my issue and didn’t get taken seriously. This doctor I saw knew how much it was effecting me on a daily basis and took my issues seriously me went down the path of Gyne which is what I wanted. Thank you.
