Extremely friendly and helpful reception staff.
The nurse I saw (Rose) was unbelievably professional and friendly and really helped me to understand the whole process that I was there for. Time was not an issue with Rose, she was very thorough and patient and took the time to explain everything fully. A true professional and an absolute asset to the clinic and NHS.
