The initial consultation, treatment and follow up were all handled extremely professionally but with a nice 'human touch' and I was always made to feel that a great outcome was what the team were after ensuring.
The outcome isn't yet finalised but so far it's looking good and I have been vey pleased with the team, treatment and outcome
