My overall experience has been exceptional. I was made to feel to comfortable and relaxed as soon as I entered the clinic. All staff was friendly and welcoming.
The treatment was explained clearly and I was also made aware of the realistic outcome to expect with the overall treatment even though I had hoped possibly for a slightly better result.
My treatment hasn’t gone as smoothly as I’d hoped, I have encountered a couple of minor issues but the aftercare has been really helpful and I have been given good advise to support my issues and reassured they will settle with time.
