I would never recommend visiting transform for a consultation. In fact I would genuinely strongly discourage it. I went for a breast enlargement consultation in April 2014. The main issues that made me decide I would rather go elsewhere were; 1) the place wasn't particularly clean or nice/private looking; looked like an old NHS waiting room. 2) They couldn't seem to wait to get me to make a decision, with no regard to how I may wish to take time to think about it first 3) There were no questions asked about why I wanted this surgery, or what I was hoping to achieve, it was basically 'what size do you want' 4) The Dr's room had lots of implants across the patient bed along with used vests and bras for trying them on, it looked really unprofessional, untidy and unclean. 5) The Dr proceeded to tell me that 'anything less than 450cc's would not look right on you', I was mortified! Thanks doc!! Firstly because I'm actually not looking for an enormous change and secondly because I clearly already have self-confidence issues otherwise I wouldn't be here, why on earth did he inform me that I don't look alright as I am? What sort of Dr is this? I was really upset when I got in the car to go home. Not only did I not succeed in finding a surgeon but I also was deeply hurt by what was said. Disgraceful experience and I will be finding a surgeon elsewhere. I will also be advising others that Transform is a pushy, unhygienic company that just want to get you in and out and take your money. Don't bother, you will regret it!

I visited Transform in Bristol, November 2013 in regards to surgery. With special 'December Offers', they turned out to be the cheapest out of the 3 clinics I visited, providing I booked for a December Op of course. I felt abit rushed into making my decision, but with the OP something I was keen to do, promptly paid my deposit. Now, my next appointment was to meet the surgeon to get his opinion etc...this then caused the price to change (Upwards...what a surprise?)... I paid the remainder of the balance due and awaited my OP. A few days passed and I unfortunately had changed my mind about the whole thing. Nothing to do with the Clinic may I add. It was purely with the timing and personal home life being so busy. (Perhaps I could have been less hasty about getting the OP from the off...) Anyway, I'd had a 7 day cooling period from paying. I contacted the clinic to inform of my decision. Now this is where it went wrong. The consulted I'd met the whole time along, obviously tried to change my mind. Now, that didn't bother me as such, its there jobs and bonus at the end of the day. Not only was I made to feel extremely bad for cancelling, along with being constantly reminded of the great 'December Offer', which actually didn't turn out to be that great...but to my shock the consulted (Who I may add, is the MANAGER of the clinic) then went on to tell me how my problem would only get WORSE! (Err thanks?!) Now, to me...that's completely unprofessional and damn right insulting, especially with the ill mannered tone to her voice. I was then informed a refund would take a max of 2 weeks, along with me losing £150 due to the medical I underwent (I was not informed I would lose any money at all at the start). Writing off the £150, I just wanted the remainder of the balance paid back into my account ASAP. Over 3 weeks later (And plenty of phone calls) with numerous promises of payment (Which were lies) I have FINALLY had my money back, minus the £150... To conclude, the majority of the staff (Most looking like China Dolls with expensive Ego's) were polite and informative (When your handing over that sort of cash, that's to be expected, right?) But because I didn't go through with the OP, I feel I was treated like an absolute moron!... Nevermind, life go's on. But when I do get the OP... I most certainly wont be going to these cowboys.

The Portishead Clinic is located centrally and easy to get to. A modern, airy reception/lounge area with a relaxed, friendly and pleasant atmosphere. This was helpful for me to relax on the day of my procedure.

Holly was the patient co ordinator she is very very nice and very welcoming putting you at ease and making you feel comfortable. She does her utmost to help. I had two fantastic nurses Julie and kim (I think that was there names) but they really looked after me they went above and beyond to ensure i was comfortable and not in any pain they talked to me throughout the procedure and kept reassuring me they were all perfect.. Again i would go back time and time again especially if holly and the nurses are all there as well.. Everyone looked after me so well.
