Professional, friendly and compassionate team of professionals. The environment was clean and the rooms were very comfortable. Great team of carers, always looking at the needs of the patient. Cannot recommend highly enough

I had a knee replacement at the cavell and arrived at 7am on the morning of the surgery. I was greeted by a member of staff. Shown to my room and explained what was going to happen. ALL staff were polite, friendly, caring and supportive throughout my stay. The room was clean and food was excellent. I felt relaxed and well looked after. A great hospital and excellent staff.

Had an appointment for 07:00 for a procedure and had to wait over 5 hours with no explanation as to why I had to wait so long, no one cominfg in to let me know that it was to be dealyed or anything. This was as a private patient!

I feel very lucky to have been treated in The Cavell Hospital. I was an inpatient for 2 nights and cannot fault anything about this hospital.
