[name removed] was excellent, cannot fault the staff. Other wards is more of a mixture of quality making response times, especially pain relief slow at times. That shouldn’t detract from those that are excellent. Especially [name removed]? In endoscopy, [name removed] on RAU, and [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] on Southwell amongst others.
Suggested improvements
Speeding up pain relief giving and communication between staff on resp wards could be better at times
