Seen promptly , all staff and Dr touch points were friendly, engaging and helpful despite been obviously busy , tired and stressed
Suggested improvements
It’s seems a small one but big to me - I had damaged by leg/hip and all of the seats were too low to sit on . I normally walk with a stick and under normal circumstances I would have struggled to get out of this seating
All the food and drinks places were shut - it was a Sunday morning at 10:00am - it was causing an issue with those with more extended stays
Pharmacy was closed Sunday and Monday - beyond belief - it should be open always - I was told I needed urgent pain killers , anti spasmodics, on my own , too injured to drive and only two pharmacies open in whole of Doncaster
