I was admitted to your hospital on Christmas Eve (2013) with a fractured hip. I was visiting family for the Holiday and I'm a U.S. citizen. The total care I received was unbelievable. From the time I was admitted to the Hospital, Scheduled for surgery ((w. Dr. Parker), experienced recovery and subsequently, my 3 day hospital stay, my experience with the National Health Care System made me a "believer"! Everyone was professional, made me feel comfortable and explained all procedures in great detail. I have great praise for your staff of professionals at this Hospital. My family was made to feel welcome as well. The only constructive comment I have pertains to your "Overseas Visitors Tariff" list of costs and procedures. The system and charges are very fair. But, the initial selection for "Theatre Charges" should be more decisive. If the initial theatre charge is not selected correctly, and the patient is using a credit card, the International Fees can be quite costly during the "charge credit/debit process". My final bill was actually reduced. But, getting there can be a little cumbersome. Regardless, I was very pleased with every aspect of my hospital stay. Thanks so much to everyone for helping make a disastrous Holiday turn out well.

I am receiving a good care, I can ask the questions I want and they all are answered. I been referred to consultants as well because of the previous caesarean and high blood pressure.

Me and my partner are expecting a baby, so we were visiting our midwife Naomi at Orton childrens centre. We are very happy to have her as our midwife, she is very informative and supportive, no questions left unanswered. SInce this is our first baby we had many questions and worries about what and how its gonna happen. Overall very good experience with the services provided. thank you. Santa and Tadas.

Debi was professional and attentive throughout our pre and post natal care. She was through, able to respond quickly to problems and explained everything well and in detail. She was easy to talk to and made each visit a pleasant experience. Thank-you for excellent care during this special time
