I was in terrible pain suffering from a kidney stone. I had been misdiagnosed at a private hospital and fortunately found the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Issa was exceptional, correctly diagnosed my condition, and thoroughly explained all treatment option—each of which required emergency surgery. The surgery resolved my pain and symptoms to allow me to return to the US for a follow-up procedure. All the other clinicians were most capable and compassionate. The nurses were excellent—kind, competent and caring. I will not hesitate to recommend Cleveland Clinic London who are traveling abroad should they medical attention.

Really, everything was excellent and everyone seemed honestly caring. Also, everyone was competent. The handovers between departments went without issue - amazing! Really impressed!

Entire experience let down by exceedingly poor medication discharge service. Medication was incomplete and lost. I had to try to remember what I needed. How do you lose a prescription for antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs after surgery. I had to leave without medication after waiting and hour and half as my pick up needed to return to work

All of the staff in the hospital seemed to work well together as a team and gave a sense of calm and control. Very professional and kind and giving you time and all the help needed. In particular my nurses, Cordelia, Kristle, and Layla were outstanding. Incredibly professional, kind and caring and very approachable and personable. They put me at complete ease and made what could easily have been a horrible experience into an incredibly pleasant one. They took good care of me and my family and paid special attention to my 3 year old, helping him to have a fun and happy time in the hospital setting. I was so blessed to have such a wonderful team of nurses and I would like for them to have recognition for their level of care. They are a huge asset to your hospital and gave me complete confidence. Thank you to them. That said, everyone i came in contact with was at a similar level of professionalism but I cannot recall their names. My anesthetist was a lovely man who had a very good bedside manner and helped me to feel at ease with everything and worked incredibly professionally so a special thanks also to him also and of course to my surgeon Jonathan Hughes, who seems to have done a brilliant job as my recovery so far has been very good.
