Wonderful hospital like a hotel without a bar I wonder why, had a fantastic time staff from therapists nurses cleaners cooks etc really helpful and dedicated, one thing or rather a couple might be an idea to let patients get involved in the gardening side and also cooking side of things also a latte machine would be nice, I couldn't praise the clinic enough and would highly recommend it and have done to other people so well done to everyone at the clinic
Treatment at the Cardinal was completely pointless and held back my recovery for months and they made condition significantly worse. Wish that had never gone there.
Really a wonderful, peaceful, supportive environment to get well.
Wonderful place. Excellent care saved my life
I was treated over 2013/14 and after being discharged from the care of the clinic I have found my treatment to be inadequate and unhelpful.
The clinic it self is nice, it has good facilities but some of the staff are unprofessional and uncaring.
This included therapy appointments that would only last 20 minutes despite having to pay for the full hour.
For someone who has complex mental health issues I believed that support was limited and even though funding was available I was refused further treatment.
I am now under the care of another private hospital and it has painted the Cardinal Clinic in a completely different light.
