The whole experience at Benenden Hospital is faultless. From booking appointments, pre operation checks, operation and the care received to post operative care. Everything was exceptional.

Absolutely outstanding care, was looked after by the weight loss surgery team.

From the appointments system, through to after care following surgery and follow up appointment everything was brilliantly organised and efficient. Even a phone call from nursing staff during the morning following discharge to check I was ok was much appreciated.

I would like to thank Mr Thakur, his colleagues & all the lovely nursing staff for their expertise & wonderful care whilst having my knee replacement surgery. It’s not a fun time but their care & consideration was greatly appreciated. Seven weeks on I am well on the road to recovery & able to walk.
Benenden Hospital is comfortable, quiet and gives the best chance of a speedy recovery.

During my stay at benenden hospital I was treated with respect. During the night I couldn't sleep and I really appreciated a nurse taking me for a walk. My pain and worries were listened to and it was so lovely to feel respected.

My treatment at the Hospital was overall very good.
However there didn't seem to be enough night nurses on duty and I had to wait (in a great deal of pain for a very long time before anyone answered my bell. Then I was told the nurse was busy with another patient and I would have to wait even longer, I think it was about an hour before I got any analgesia. I though as I was paying for this service there would at least be enough staff on duty to deal with necessary pain control.
The nurses doctors and all other staff were friendly and helpful.

I can’t recommend Benenden Hospital enough. Fantastic facilities, wonderful staff from the receptionist who greeted me, via the ward nurses, the operating room staff, right through to the porter who helped me back to my car.
Clearly, no one is over the moon about going into hospital. Having said that if you have to Benenden is an amazing experience. You felt safe, cared for and well well advised I don’t think you really want anything else from a hospital.
