We arrive as early as possible only to be sta for 45 mins waiting for a doctor to start their shift when there was clearly other doctors available. I'm not sure how the "new" morning system works but it doesn't "work" this isn't the first time this has happened so it clearly doesn't work.

I turned up at an open clinic and was seen within 30 mins. The GP was extremely polite and helpful. Trying to get an apoinment yesterday was very difficult.
