I have been going to this surgery for 16 years and it used to really good. The new reception staff and practice manager are extremely rude and get annoyed when you dare to announce your arrival and interrupt their chat....

Dr Pinto carefully listens and always explains what he considers the problems are and explains the treatments possible. He also always asks how you feel about the options offered.
Can usually get an appointment and all the staff are helpful !

Great practice, easy and quick registration. Reception staff are lovely and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Very easy to get an appointment at this practise, ordered repeat prescriptions etc is simple and easy, always ready on time. Shame about Dr Duhan being rude and unprofessional.

I think the nurse could be a little more engaging to match the excellent service given by the receptionist and the GP. I felt a bit of a nuisance bothering her.
