The receptionists are very patient and most helpful. The Doctor I saw today was very understanding and professional and explained clearly what options were available for any treatment which may be required. A request for an appointment by telephone can be quite challenging and time consuming - a 20 minute wait whilst in a queue of 8 followed by a brief conversation with an understandably harassed receptionist could be improved upon.

Cannot fault Dr Worthington - showed great understanding and empathy. On-line booking for general appointments are often not available - this should be addressed to aid efficiency. New self checking-in system on arrival is excellent.
