Just had results through for blood tests even though results are high istillhave to wait 2 months before they will investigate further being left in a lot of pain for 2 months us a joke. Not happy with this surgery

I have been treated by several doctors at this practice over the years and have found it a great place to go and get excellent treatment. I have a long term chronic pain condition which is quite rare and Dr Ware has gone out of his way to find out all about it so that he can ensure that I live a stable and pain reduced life. He is so friendly, helpful, and he really listens and involves me completely in my care. He is the only doctor my husband will speak to. He’s also brilliant at taking blood as I have an extreme needle phobia.

I was told by Reception no appointments with my GP at all - had to wait over three weeks for an appointment with another GP. Not very happy!

Dr Ware is a fabulous GP and always makes me feel comfortable and at ease when I see him. He listens to my problems and I feel able to make decisions about my treatment as he goes through all the available options.
