The nurse I saw today was offhand and abrupt. Hardly looked at me, asked me no relevant questions about my condition and was clearly not happy about repeating things for me when I didn't understand what she meant. Left me feeling as though I had been a nuisance. I normally get great care this surgery so left very disappointed. Communication is key - sadly very lacking on this ocassion.

Some reception staff are lovely but some are not very friendly. The appointment system is not easy to get appointments which lets the surgery down.

It is nearly impossible to get an appointment by phone, If you wish to see your own doctor, it can take many weeks. You can usually get an emergency appointment same day if you are willing to turn up to the surgery at 8am And ask at reception, although getting to see a specific type of medical person seems to be at the whim of the receptionist.
