I have tried multiple days to get thru from 8.45am today 35 attempts at engaged until 8.56am. Third attempt to get thru in last three days. I even rang wed at 5.55pm to be told didn't have enough staff anyway and to call today. Ever since Dr bedi retired practice has gone down hill. They don't care about there patients anymore. Making excuses staff are leaving so what does that tell you about how they are treating people never mind patients. I really am disappointed with there service. I could be seriously ill and they wouldn't care.
Almost impossible to get through on the telephone.
Was told to ring surgery back if my symptoms got worse, rang back this morning !! No appointments, no pre bookable telephone appointments, I have been with this surgery all of my life and I get further ringing 111 and getting an appointment at the hospital. Unfortunately not a lot they can do as xrays, bloods etc.....time for a change of surgery's....
Elderly patient care is basically nonexistent! Trying to get a home visit for someone who is housebound is a nightmare. The doctors blindly prescribed my mam medication without seeing her over a period of two weeks. By the time she got to hospital her bowel was completely dead and she died.
No patient care at all they are not interested in helping and do not listen to patient information concerning health ailments this surgery is a joke absolutely pathetic service
