I strongly recommend my GP surgery - the Longcroft Clinic as I always find the receptionists extremely helpful and accomodating in terms of trying to find me or my family appointments or for general advice.
We have been not only seen by our GP Dr Simon Johnson, but also by Dr Natasha Ray, Dr Imran Rafi and Dr Nicola Kirby and all are extremely kind, spare the time to listen to what your ailment is and you do not feel rushed through the door.
Dr Ray was exceptionally kind recently by going out of her way to review my baby who had been very poorly which was very much appreciated.
Keep up the good work and thank you for looking after my family

The surgery was not crowded (15.30 hrs). The appointment was made on a Friday for the following Wednesday. I was offered Monday but not possible for me. Doctor Pande was 5 mins late, no problem, was very attentive to the problem and my concerns. He also made me aware that I was entitled to a Shingles vaccination and encouraged me to make an appointment at reception. I have no criticism of my visit.

I have nothing but praise for Longcroft clinic. My family and I have been registered there for nearly 20 years and we have always felt well looked after. If you urgently need to see a doctor, the receptionist staff are always very patient and will always try to work something out for you - they do not question or pry into why you need to see a doctor which I have heard of from other clinics.

Rude receptionist staff who have no clue what is going on. Phone just keeps ringing and ringing when trying to get an appointment, then when you finally get through they can't book you an appointment as they don't know what time the doctors are working until!!
