When phoning you are in a long queue then all the appointments are gone. Told to phone the next day at 8am and the same thing happens again.

Actually would like to see the general practitioner personally instead of a phone call. I had a number of blood test and my GP referred by email to the local hospital and was see and had a CT scan all within 10 days. I was diagnosed with mild normocytic anaemia. I was very impressed but still have not seen a GP.

After my appointment with nurse, I phoned to thank all the staff at LCS. over the last month for the wonderful service and help given, relating to my present condition.
