This GP service is beyond terrible. I went to Imperial College's Silwood Park Campus in Ascot, and everyone was told to register with "Dr A Choudry - Kings Corner Surgery". During my time there, they have been performing well sometimes, and poorly other times, which is normal for a local GP. What is NOT NORMAL is that they classified me as an "inactive patient" on 14 October last year, and they locked my Online Services account on that day. This is without any reason, and my friends and family have never heard of such a thing as an "inactive patient" also. I also still have one appointment with them for my final injection of the HPV vaccine, and they just cancelled me for no reason than being "inactive". Surely it is good that I stay healthy and not over-using NHS services. I have requested them to unlock it many times, but they refused to do it, unless I visit them physically to "prove my identity". Now I am applying for a new visa in the UK, and uk.gov request information on all my medical treatment history, but I cannot access it because my account is locked. I think it is very unreasonable what they did to me, and they are closed on Weekends, which are the only days I am free to go because I am working now. So I have not been able to go in myself to "prove my identity". I had to go to the A&E for some issues one night, and when I asked the doctors there, they found it shocking what this GP was doing as well. Do AVOID if you can.
