I have to have injections at 12 week intervals and the nurses’s schedules aren’t always available for me to book my next appointment when I am at the surgery. So I have to remember to wait a few weeks and then try again. It would be helpful if regular injections could be automatically scheduled by the appointment system.

Service provided at the surgery is excellent. I have no complaints.

I felt heard and I could see/hear concern and care in all parties involved.

An upgrade to the call in system where your spot in the queue is reserved to later receive a call back.

Very difficult to get an appointment by telephone. I saw Dr French who was excellent in his skills and manner.

I find it crazy that partners cannot share a email address for engage consult access. In all other systems I’m aware of a email address can be shared. It makes data security worse as you do not enter your date of birth when signing in!
