Saw the doctor at west haddon. When called at 8am didn’t have to wait long to get through and was given various appointment options.

Receptionist was excellent called mid morning and got an appointment for the afternoon.

The doctor used long medical names, which to be honest I didn’t understand. The mole I was worried about is fine and that was the main thing.

Because my mum was able to ring up and get me an appointment the same morning and because Dr marchant was once again absolutely amazing she understands me and I feel that I have a good rapport with her
