The GP's are excellent if you ever get to see them face to face, and they are most helpful when they phone you. The receptionist are absolutely dreadful. You are made to feel a complete nuisance for phoning up. There is no empathy in their manner, and they are most unhelpful. Clifton Hampden HC never used to be like this it has changed in the past couple of years, and not for the better.

Lovely, helpful doctors. Terrible attitude from receptionists. The number of times a patient has had every right to be annoyed and been met with the attitude it's all the patients fault. It's apparently the patients fault they turned up on time for their 9am which had been given to someone else, the patients fault they ordered meds Friday and had the audacity to collect on Monday despite being told they would be ready Monday, patients fault they turned up at 8:30am as stated on the official website as the surgeries opening time to then have to wait til 9am. Also have heard private information being discussed at reception desk where neighbours can clearly hear. Generally made to feel everything you ask for is too much trouble for them. Very angry. Shame as as I say, the doctors go all out to help you.

I've had absolutely brilliant support from this surgery, both for myself and my daughter. They have treated us with kindness, discretion, respect, and sensitivity through a set of very difficult circumstances. As a carer I have had great support throughout and it's very kind of the staff to check how I'm coping when my daughter is having a rough time. They have also been brilliant at picking up the pieces when the community mental health team has let us down. First class care.

They are all friendly and polite to all who go there. Very helpful. Have own dispensary so no need to go to town.
