A first-rate medical practice, the doctors and nurses very caring and helpful, having successfully helped me over many years. It is easy and quick to contact the practice by telephone, soon answered and the AskmyGP works well, quickly answered. A better medical practice would be difficult to find. I just wish they did not have that television blaring away in the waiting room. Thankfully nobody watches it, but it is nevertheless most distracting with all thenonsense that it prresented on day-time television. Please get rid of the set.

I have used Ask MY GP and had face-to-face, telephone and video consultations. All have been very good but the 'window' for using Ask My GP is brief (early morning and then it closes). I have found the receptionists to be excellent - responsive, problem solving and courteous - even when they have obviously been busy. Pharmacists who have responded to my Ask My GP queries have also been very good and I have recently found Dr Rahan Ansari to be excellent - very consultative in his approach, listened to me and took the time to suggest possible treatments.

Extend the Ask MY GP availability.

When asked for an appointment I got a phone call from the pharmacist, they was helpful but would have preferred to see someone face to face.

I have been at cliffhouse for years now and I always have outstanding customer care from Carolyn. Nothing is too much trouble and always very welcoming to me and my family when we visit.

The service I have received from Cliff House has been one failure after another. Each failure may seem trivial but when you experience Failures time after time they are compounded by each other and some with more severity than others. Both my partner and I have raised our concerns previously with the practice manager and she has done very little, and we both seem no improvements. You never get to see the same doctor consistently and they have employed one or two questionable ones up to now.

Better processes. Better trained staff. Better trained doctors - which are then kept on. Better escalation process. Better hours - i.e. More after hours appointments or at least have the ability to ear Mark the beginning and end of day appointments for those that work full time and are unable to take a few hours off work to attend an appointment.

On going issue with my daughter for the last 6 months. This is the first time we’ve seen someone every other time it has been over the phone or ask my gp.
