When I called, I was informed that a letter would be sent with an appointment. This is exactly what happened.

Instead of me calling, then getting a letter sent with an appointment, it would have been better to have offered me an appointment over the phone. That way, had the appointment offered not been convenient, we could have arranged an alternative there and then. This would have been more expedient.

Gave middle of the road score as I didn’t make the appointment so don’t know how easy or difficult it is.

I was a little confused upon arrival. Whilst I was waiting to see the receptionist I noticed a sign stating the ear suction clinic was on the second floor, so I assumed there would be someone up there to book me in. On the second floor there is no signage pointing me in the right direction so I didn’t know where to go. Having eventually found what appeared to be a waiting area there was no one in the reception so I had to come back down a floor and join the queue again. Either remove the sign by the reception or state that you have to book in here first.
