I have been a patient at this surgery for many years and have always found the Doctors and staff very helpful. Up until a few years ago it was possible to get a routine appointment with a Doctor 48 hours in advance but I now find that I have to wait approximately 3 weeks for an appointment unless it is an emergency. I sometimes find this frustrating but I assume it is because there are many more patients on the Doctors' lists now. I have great faith in Dr Mohile and Dr Lie and find the Receptionists very polite and helpful.

It would be good to get an appointment within a week rather than a month although I do understand the volume of patients. I like the appointment texts maybe a reminder could be sent day before so people remember there appointment so there would be less people just not turning up. Fine people like dentists do for 2.or more.missed appointment

My last visit was with the nurse for copd check. Although ran late, not her fault, the treatment I received was excellent.

Staff at all levels are very helpful and thoughtful, especially the HCA and one of the doctors.
