Nigh on impossible to get an appointment. Constantly fobbed off.

Better appointment system. The current one is useless.

No patient care .. was left hopelessly dissatisfied and long term ongoing health issues because of lack of care . All I got was "probably" due to at the time .. no investigation even when ECG came back worrying .. blood pressure sky high .. no back up and no interest
Suggested improvements
Spend your budget on patient care and not on doctors bonus . Don't get me wrong Dr Michael is awesome ,

The medical care at the surgery is very good, Doctors are excellent. The only problem is the appointment systems is applauding.
