My husband hurt his foot, he was offered an on the day urgent appt by the receptionist that would fit in with the hospital departemnt x ray department opening tyimes if he needed an x ray. Husdband was seen in the practice by GP and sent to x ray, he was seen and assessed with in 1 hour by both Birbeck medical group and Penrith New hospital. Great service cant fault anything.
