I find the online appointments are not available even when I go on it at 8am when it starts. I find the online forms easier than ringing as my job doesn’t allow me to be on the phone for that amount of time.

To have the online forms available at 8 every day.

Lines busy all morning so by the time you are there the appts are gone.....however if you explain your problem and they feel it urgent you are fitted in
