Very happy with the service provided.

Getting through to the surgery by phone to make and appointment is quite frustrating long wait on hold, before you can get to speak to a receptionist, to see a doctor face to face can be challenging but the receptionists do their best to get you an appointment

Everyone was very helpful and considerate towards me. My appointment was on time and I was also able to book a follow up blood test as requested by the doctor for six weeks later. The pharmacy staff were also very helpful and helped me sort out how to obtain an exemption form for future medication

I think perhaps a telephone call giving me an appointment rather than a text telling me my results and that I needed to contact the surgery to make an appointment would be better. It's can be really difficult to get a same day appointment at the best of times and I was already feeling poorly and stressed

The surgery is great and the people there are kind and friendly

but there was a shortage of trilisity 4 and I said can we drop to 3 until it’s done which they did I’ve been on the 3 for a month and I’m due to talk to the pharmacist about if I can do it on Friday 24th I’ve been doing it for a month
