Very professional, the surgeon took his time, very comfortable.
The only issue on the day was that the clinic was running very late and we were left waiting in reception for about 40 minutes with nobody coming to explain why. The surgeon was excellent but clearly takes his time, so his lists should be shorter to account for this.
