The staff made me welcome as soon as I entered the clinic. I was offered refreshments and there was a very slight delay and I was kept updated (the appointment was only 5 minutes late).
I was constantly reassured throughout my procedure by the staff and Professor.
In my opinion, no improvements or suggestions are needed. First class experience.
