While I had very good treatment sometimes the communication was a little lacking.
Maps giving directions to the day care surgery ward were next to useless. Badly printed and lacking some details.
When my husband came to collect me he couldn’t find where to go. He went to the main entrance to try and find some help. It was totally deserted and he could have wandered any where. We therefor feel that the hospital security is a bit lacking!,
Thank goodness for mobile phones!
