The staff generally were 5 star with the exception of the temporary staff member on the door when you initially enter the building Entrance 6. I was 20 minutes early for my appointment and was made to feel that I should leave and come back closer to the appointment time as she informed me that 10 minutes early was more usual. I had not been to the Breast clinic before and didn't intend on being late - but I shouldn't have had to explain myself.
For the whole of the time I was in the Breast clinic unit nearly 3 hours there were no paper towels in the waiting area toilets however the new boxes were in the hall! So no way of drying hands after washing them and no option on hand gel. Other than this the place was really clean.
