Management, for some obscure reason, have recently decided physiotherapy patients and rehab patients can no longer share the same spacious waiting area outside physio. department. Instead, waiting Rehab patients must now sit elsewhere with no booking-in service available for them. Doh! Also, very backward thinking, closing adult audiology dept. at hospital - now it just provides audiology service for children. Woking adults don't have hearing loss then?!! Adults now have to travel to either St Peter's or Guildford Royal Surrey for the service! Another "good idea initiative" thought up on the back of a fag packet?!!
