I’ve unfortunately needed to use this service pretty much everyday for dressing change due to not being able to get appointment with GP nurse after surgery. Bar one day where a receptionist took it upon herself to say I shouldn’t be coming here and she was refusing to book me in, they have been fantastic.
Yes there is always a wait due to short staffed, however this is not the fault of the staff on duty!
