I have just taken my 14year old son for an appointment with the Orthoptist Jessica Cody. He has Down Syndrome and Autism. She treated him in a delightful manner even though he was initially reluctant to enter the consultation room. She was extremely patient with him and showed him respect giving him encouragement and praise for his cooperation. Her efforts paid off with the most thorough assessment he has had for years. Thank you for giving him the first appointment in the clinic as it helped enormously that he was not waiting prior to his appointment.
