From entering the hospital to leaving, I can say my hospital stay was excellent. The only thing I could moan about was it was too hot for me in their which meant I had a restless night.
I had two knee operations in 2022 care and staff we're excellent meals we're excellent hard to add much more highly recommended

The treatment that I received at West Midlands hospital was excellent from beginning to end.
There was an initial mix up with appointment dates due to an admin error, although this did cause me some worry, I understand these things can happen.
Mr Basem Muammar was so lovely, always making you feel at ease during quite a stressful time.

Before and after my operation all staff were so accommodating, making e feel at ease.
The staff from nurses, cooks, physio, theatre staff, anesthetist and surgeon were lovely, room clean talked through what was happening, asked my opinion and kept well fed and watered. I have had a few surgeries at this hospital and never had anything to complain about.
My experience at this hospital was outstanding. From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave and there after the care from all staff is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble and they are willing to go the extra mile if needed.
I felt relaxed and involved with my surgery with outstanding after care by all the staff.
The hospital was always clean and tidy, staff were very welcoming and friendly and would go above and beyond. The car park is big and we were always able to get a space. More seating may be helpful as the hospital can get busy at times.
The staff were excellent in their care and friendly too. The only constructive suggestion to improve the care is on the administration side. The different departments need to communicate with each other more as to not make mistakes. Also to check the contents of information sent out to patients before posting it. I was sent out a letter asking me to isolate for 2 weeks when I only had to do 3 days and I found this out when I phoned up to say I couldn't make one of my appointments before hand.
I received excellent cadre from Elizabeth, Tracy, Tracy and Sarah.
The theatre team were very friendly and put me at ease.
