I learned about this clinic through a television advertisement, otherwise I did not know it existed, thank goodness I saw the ad. So convenient for me being within 25 miles of home. All staff were so friendly and courteous and I felt I was able to ask them anything. Staff on the advisory helpline were also very helpful. I liked the fact that they talked me through the whole procedure and plenty of information was provided in writing also. I have now completed the initial consultation and the first treatment and am booked in for my follow up in January. Had I known of this service I would have gone earlier for treatment - keep up the adverts on the television at peak times! They also provide you with great cups of coffee!! Many thanks to them all for their professionalism and caring.
