Honest can't believe how this business is still running. Transform has let me down at every single set. If you are looking to have a breast enlargement and uplift then please read. 1 - was meant to have a consultation with Dr Nathan but 10mins before my appointment they call to say he is running 3 hours late. Obviously I didn't want to wait but luckily it was local. 2 -after this I saw dr mashadi and he was amazing! 3 - worried about timings I booked my bed without seeing the surgeon to secure my place. Paid the £500 deposit on Thursday and heard nothing. Money cleared and I kept calling Emily (at Reading) to make sure it was booked. On Sunday I get an email, all fully booked for that day I'll have to wait until the next month (specifically said I needed it done in April) so I had to pick another surgeon. The only guy left was Dr Nathan (now see why!) 4 - had an appointment to see Dr Nathan on Saturday in London (I'm around 2 hours from central London). Got there in time to be told he was running 20mins late...1:30 mins later he saw me. He was the rudest man Ive ever ever met. He opening the conversation with you know surgery isn't perfect, what happens if you wake up with wonky boobs or cross eyed nipple. I'm paying £7k to hear that?? He then payed with his iPad whilst I tried to talk to him. He said I didn't need an uplift they are only 4cm low, that to me is a lot as I'm 25 and have lost lots of weight. I said I wasn't the lift because they will sag more. He said no he wanted to do them in two stages. Two surgeries, two payments and two lots of pain. He then continued to be rude and said I needed to find someone else. I was heart broken, been saving for this for years. He hurried me out his office in tears and then just went home as I was he last appointment of the day and clearly wanted it over. Total waste of time and money seeing this twat. 5 - tried to call the manager Emily at the reading branch and she ignored my calls. 6 - told her my experience and she couldn't have cared less. Said he has been with the practice for years and nothing would happen. Transform have messed up 3 times, with such a massive decision and amount of money you would expect more. I'm going to MYA and would suggest you do to!
