Visited Transform for BA consultation. Really liked the surgeon but put off by pushy nature of both patient care co-ordinator and manager of Transform Portishead - who left two rude messages on my phone encouraging me to book a bed before it was booked by someone else.
All this only two weeks following my consultation, so I decided to go elsewhere.
Otherwise I would have booked with them, as I really wanted to see the surgeon there.
