Very good psychology and family therapy services. Friendly and supportive staff. Gave our daughter the time and space to recover.

Suggested improvements
Sometimes felt left out of the loop- not contacted when incidents occurred or when rules over leave changed, so communication could improve.

Response from The Sett

Thank you for your positive feedback. However, I am concerned and sorry to hear that we did not always keep you in the loop. This is so important. I have passed your comments to the service manager for action. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient experience Manager

Response from The Sett

Thank you for raising your concerns and I am sorry to hear this. Parents/Carers are now invited to attend weekly Ward Round where updates are provided and shared. At times when the ward is busy and staff are supporting young people there may be a delay in providing parents /carers with updates on incidents. Staff have been reminded to ensure parents/carers are informed of incidents in a timely manner and as soon as it is possible & safe to do so.
