Unfortunately the NHS system philosophy does not cater for preventive medicine.
But, fortunately, when it comes to emergencies, it does delivery well. I cannot complain about the care my husband and I have had under those circumstances at the Prices Royal.
I am sure if the NHS worked more on prevention, the amount of emergencies would be very different, and the resources would be much more plentiful.
