I attended this hospital as a day case, it was my first time at this hospital but the staff were great and I felt confident that all would go well.
They explained what would happen during my time there and were all very polite and treated you as an individual. If you didn’t understand they were good enough to explain again.
If I ever had to have another operation (hopefully not) I would go here again.
Thanks to all the staff you were great.
