I found the hospital very welcoming in the reception area and staff I had contact with were very knowledgeable. Whilst on the ward, all staff I had contact with explained their role and treated me with respect and dignity. Following my operation, physiotherapists assisted me with exercises/ skills to facilitate my discharge home safely.
