SWLEOC is clearly a world class centre, respected by all who have come across it. I can absolutely see why.
I cannot fault the care, communication, treatment, etc., which I experienced from all staff, from the porter who kindly wheeled me to my car, the admin staff who acted efficiently and with care and kindness, to the nurses who cared for me after my hip surgery, the anaesthetist and the surgeon who performed my total hip replacement.
I was treated throughout with kindness and respect, any questions being answered sympathetically and fully, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this centre to anyone I need of orthopaedic care.
I am almost looking forward to having my second hip replacement being carried out at this centre.
